However, if any item is out of stock, delivery may take longer, up to a maximum of 28 working days. In these cases, the maximum delivery time will be displayed on the product page.

Returns information
We want you to be 100% satisfied with any and every order placed with us. If you're not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us within 28 days for an exchange or a full refund (except your original postage). To return a non-faulty product, it must be in its original condition with the original labels attached. Once a product has been worn or used we will be unable to refund or exchange unless the item is found by the manufacturer to have a fault.
